Yes! Finally a sensible solution to stop the comment and referer spammers getting their google-juice.
That took, like, a day? It's cool when an idea can go from an idea to being implemented that fast. I downloaded the plugin from MoveableType this evening and now all my comments are "nofollow'ed".
I guess it'll take a while for all the spam to taper off, but if most of the A-list bloggers implement the tag, maybe they'll give up...

That's real good news !
I've been getting a lot of comment/referer spam over the last few weeks as well...
We got rid of the comment spam problem on our blog a little more than a week ago. A regexp matching some terms was added and it cut short all spam attempts hehe :)
Next step would have been some kind of text-in-image thing that we see on some websites, but i think this won't be necessary now !
